This is a short message to thank you both for giving Anne and I such an enjoyable stay on Monday 5 July. We arrived after a long, hot walk on the Monarch's Way, and found our room and it's facilities just what we needed - the room was comfortable, and the shower refreshing. You gave us a warm welcome, and John was kind enough to drive us to Corton Denham for our evening meal. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and sustaining, and we went on to enjoy another full days walking to Illchester. We were fascinated and impressed by all John's art work and pottery around the house, and it contributed to the unique atmosphere of your home. You certainly deserve all the commendations you have received from the Tourist Board, and we will have no hesitation in recommending you to others. We may well return ourselves at some stage.
